These are the sweetest decorations I have. If not well charged (such as with cloudy day) they will twinkle or flash even if set to full “ON” position. If outside house lights (such as spotlight) interfere with solar panel, they will not be lit. Also, headlights shining on solar panel caused same. They apparently will not charge unless in the “ON” position. This is the sixth night and they are perfect. So glad I purchased. Not looking forward to storing in the off season.
